Mount Kismet is a project based between Berlin and London with an eastern music obsession and a taste for the heavy pulse of drum machines and the rumbling of analog synthesisers. Within the confines of their urban surroundings, the three-piece dreams of a warmer place, where the sand graces the wind and the peaks of the dunes hides an oasis. A fountain of stories, myths, records and inspiration for the band. This meeting of veteran producers Andrew Claristidge (Acid Washed), Henning Specht (Hypnolove) and newcomer Douglas Pisterman (Ama//mizu) started as an idea that found its home on Moscoman’s Disco Halal Imprint. After much exploration and record digging, Mount Kismet is now releasing their new track called « Sirocco ». Can you feel the wind?
