Martin Noise
Martin Noise is a DJ / Producer from Buenos Aires, based in Barcelona, dedicated to the research and the experimentation of new sounds oriented to the dancefloor. From downtempo songs to listen at home, through music inspired by the new wave, the creative force of the jungle, the power of organic elements and psychedelic experimentation to the most convincing music for the club.
He is one of the founders of playgroundrecords and its current director.
After playing and producing different rock, punk and post punk bands in his hometown, he launched his DJ career and after some years Djing he moved to Barcelona.
In all this years as a Dj he has been playing at some of the most important venues in the places that he has visited like Razzmatazz and La Terrrazza in Barcelona, Renate and Kater Blau in Berlin, Le Sucre in Lyon, Control Club in Bucharest, La Rotonde de Stalingrad in Paris, Opium Club in Vilnius, El Sótano, Siroco, Macera and Ballesta Club in Madrid, Hive in Tel Aviv, Kaputt in Bogotá, Bar Oriente in Mexico City, Luzy Boom in Guadalajara, Niceto Club in Buenos Aires among many others and sharing booths with artists like Red Axes, Erol Alkan, Roman Flügel, Sascha Funke, Moscoman, The Hacker, Swayzak, Kasper Bjørke, Rex The Dog, Ewan Pearson, Fairmont, Terence Fixmer, Justin Robertson, Djedjotronic, FJAAK, Audiojack, Tim Green, Manfredas, Simple Symmetry, Shubostar, Lauer, Camea, Curses, Zombies In Miami, Local Suicide, Theus Mago, Damon Jee, Iñigo Vontier, Golden Bug, Roe Deers and Djs Pareja just to name a few.
Nowadays, he is focused on his own productions, releasing music not only on Playground Records but also on Calypso, Hard Fist, Ombra International, Duro, Logical Records, Thisbe Recordings, Night Noise, Nein, Controlla, Richmerch and Lassi International.
Martin Noise´s first appearance on the label is a remix of “Iron Pinky Toad”, the title track of the collab EP between Radial Gaze and Kubebe, to be released on vinyl & on all streaming platfforms on the 18st of July 2025.
